Terms & Conditions
1. General
SaaStorm LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a B2B marketing agency working with SaaS companies on strategy, consulting, and execution across marketing, content, brand, and growth initiatives.
We work with each client (“you”) under individually agreed contracts that define the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and any other applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions provide general context for our engagements but are always subject to the specific terms agreed in writing with each client.
2. Client Agreements
Every client engagement is governed by a separate contract or statement of work (“Agreement”), which outlines:
- Scope of Services
- Deliverables
- Fees & Payment Terms
- Timelines
- Confidentiality
- Intellectual Property
- Termination Terms
- Any other relevant terms or conditions
In case of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed Agreement, the Agreement will take precedence.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and materials shared with us as confidential unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.
If required, we are happy to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to formalise this commitment.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is outlined in each Agreement.
Typically, final approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment, while any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies developed by SaaStorm LLP remain our own.
5. Limitation of Liability
SaaStorm LLP provides its Services with professional care and skill.
However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as search engine rankings, lead volumes, or revenue growth) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any client Agreement, are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
