“We came to SaaStorm with a strong product, great clients and a website that didn’t show any of it. They rebuilt everything, from our visual identity and copy to every page in Webflow, and then built a content engine that makes geoFluxus the go-to source for waste data and CSRD. For the first time, buyers are finding us before we find them.”

geoFluxus came to SaaStorm with a product that enterprise buyers genuinely need and a website that gave them no reason to believe it.
The platform turns invoices, weighbridge tickets and government data into verified, audit-ready waste reports for CSRD, ESRS E5 and ISO 14001. Clients include Shell, ASML, BAM and the Port of Rotterdam. Yet the website was two pages long. No blog, no industry pages, no case studies, no search presence. Every lead came from outbound.
So we rebuilt everything. A new visual identity, new copy, new UI/UX and a new Webflow site with more than 30 pages, a blog engine and a Dutch version. On top of that foundation, we built the content, SEO and AI search programme that put geoFluxus in front of the QHSE, sustainability and procurement leaders searching for exactly what they sell.
Today, geoFluxus holds the #1 search visibility position in its tracked keyword set, ranks in the top 3 for 28 target keywords, and earned 211K impressions on content that did not exist a year earlier.
Before SaaStorm:
- A two-page website with no blog, industry pages or case studies
- 0% search visibility and no keyword rankings
- Outbound-only lead generation
- No brand system for web, content or campaigns
With SaaStorm:
- A fully rebranded, designed and developed Webflow website with 30+ pages
- Search visibility from 0% to 25%, #1 among tracked competitors
- 28 keywords in the top 3, many of them at position #1
- 211K impressions and top AI answer placements for waste data and CSRD queries
Impact
The challenge
geoFluxus solves a hard problem. Enterprises with dozens of sites and hundreds of waste processors struggle to collect, verify and report waste data that holds up in a CSRD audit or an ISO 14001 review. geoFluxus makes that data trustworthy.
But its buyers could not find it. QHSE managers, sustainability leads and procurement officers at large construction, manufacturing and petrochemical companies research long before they talk to sales. When they searched for CSRD waste reporting, ESRS E5 or waste data software, geoFluxus did not appear. And if they found the website, two pages were not enough to convince a buyer spending an enterprise budget.
The timing made it urgent. CSRD was pushing waste and circularity reporting up the agenda, and the companies geoFluxus wanted to win were actively looking for solutions. The window to become the authority in waste data was open, but not for long.
geoFluxus did not need a few blog posts. It needed a brand, a website and an inbound engine, built at the same time.
The solution (SaaStorm’s approach)
We started in September 2025 with a discovery phase covering geoFluxus’s product, ICP, competitors and regulatory landscape. We benchmarked against Watershed, Evreka, Sensoneo and other waste tech players, and mapped how enterprise buyers actually search.
One finding shaped everything: geoFluxus’s buyers search in precise, compliance-heavy terms. Generic sustainability content would miss them entirely. Every page and article had to be regulatory-accurate, specific and tied to the problems these teams face every day.
Here’s what we delivered:
The SaaS marketing strategy for geoFluxus
With the roadmap in place, we ran brand, website and content as one programme. Here’s how:
01. A full rebrand and website rebuild
We started with the foundation. Our team created a new visual style for geoFluxus, wrote every page of copy, designed the full UI/UX in Figma and developed the site in Webflow. The result replaced a two-page site with a structured website built around how enterprise buyers evaluate software.
What we designed, wrote and built:
- A new homepage with sharper positioning: waste accounting made simple

- 5 industry pages for construction, manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, agrifood and the public sector, plus an industries overview
- 4 role pages for HSE managers, sustainability, procurement and finance teams, plus a role overview

- 4 use case pages: data automation and verification, compliance reporting, performance benchmarking and circularity optimisation
- For businesses and for public sector pages, speaking to both sides of geoFluxus’s market

- A customers section with case studies, including TBI and ADM Europoort

- A new blog system with homepage, article, author and category templates

- A redesigned Book a demo page, new navigation, header, footer and a 404 page

- A Dutch version at /nl/ with hreflang, canonicals and sitemaps for international SEO
Every industry and role page was written around the specific compliance pressures and waste complexity of that audience, not generic sustainability messaging. The navigation now lets a procurement lead in construction or an HSE manager in manufacturing find their page in one click.
02. SEO and LLM-optimised content
With the site live, we built the content engine. We produced 31+ SEO-optimised articles across six pillars: CSRD and ESRS E5 reporting, waste data management and automation, Scope 3 emissions from waste, circularity metrics and waste stream mapping, construction and manufacturing waste, and AI for waste analytics.
Each article followed the way these buyers think: the problem first, the data prerequisites second, and geoFluxus’s role third. No vague sustainability framing, no invented product claims. Everything was checked against geoFluxus’s editorial framework for regulatory precision.
Articles like The Future of Waste Management, the CSRD timeline and Top Waste Management Applications became the blog’s strongest traffic drivers, each generating tens of thousands of impressions.

03. Answer engine optimisation (AEO)
Enterprise buyers increasingly research in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. We structured every article for AI discovery with schema markup, clear headers, direct-answer formatting and FAQs, and tracked geoFluxus across waste management prompts against Sensoneo, Evreka and Watershed.
By April 2026, geoFluxus held the #1 competitive presence across tracked LLM prompts, with near 100% positive sentiment and the top spot in more than a third of the answers it appeared in.
04. ABM campaign for construction and infrastructure
Alongside organic, we designed and launched a LinkedIn ABM campaign targeting named construction and infrastructure accounts in the Netherlands and Belgium, including Heijmans, Van Oord, Jan De Nul Group, DEME Group and Dura Vermeer.
The first 30-day campaign reached around 9,700 accounts, generating nearly 29K impressions and 274 clicks with a 37% audience penetration rate. Heijmans and Jan De Nul Group engaged most, which shaped the follow-on campaign and the move into manufacturing and petrochemicals.
05. Authority and link building
Rankings in a regulated category need trust signals. Over the partnership, geoFluxus’s referring domains grew from around 130 to more than 220, and backlinks doubled from roughly 270 to over 540, giving the new pages the authority to compete with established players.

06. Content operations built to last
Finally, we made sure the engine could keep running. We set up a content calendar and production process, an editorial and review framework covering structure, facts, terminology and product guardrails, FAQs for key landing pages, a 200+ term glossary ready to publish, and a case study template so the geoFluxus team can scale on its own.
The results
From a two-page website and zero search presence, here is where geoFluxus stands today:
- Search visibility grew from 0% to 25% for target keywords, with the curve still climbing

- #1 search visibility among tracked competitors, ahead of ScienceDirect, the EPA, WM and dedicated waste tech platforms. Dutch direct competitors do not appear in the rankings at all

- 28 keywords in the top 3, 36 in the top 10 and 53 in the top 100, from zero, with 52 keywords improving and only one declining

- #1 rankings for high-intent terms like how to reduce industrial waste, app for waste management, waste management compliance, CSRD assurance timeline, ESRS E5 and waste stream mapping

- 211K impressions and an average position of 8.9 on content that did not exist before the partnership

- #1 competitive presence in AI search across tracked waste management prompts, with near 100% positive sentiment
A closely connected partnership
Writing for a CSRD audience takes more than SEO. Throughout the engagement, we worked directly with geoFluxus’s marketing, brand and leadership teams through daily Slack contact and bi-weekly calls, validating every regulatory claim and aligning on confirmed product functionality. Design sign-off ran through geoFluxus’s Head of Brand, and content through a shared editorial framework that is now the standard for everything geoFluxus publishes.
Conclusion
geoFluxus had the product and the client list. What it lacked was a brand and a website that matched them, and a way to reach buyers while they were researching.
Together, we built both: a complete rebrand and 30+ page Webflow website, a content engine covering every major topic in waste data and CSRD, and a search and AI presence that puts geoFluxus first among its competitors.
The foundation is in place. From here, every new article compounds.
